Science Olympiad
For a number of years the Baltimore Area Soaring Society has assisted the Maryland Science Olympiad with events related to flight. In 2016, there are two events, Elastic Launch Glider for Division B and Rubber Powered Airplane (Wright Stuff) for Division C.

Coaches and their teams are welcome to email BASS members with any questions about the events. For further assistance, coaches and/or their students are encouraged to join BASS members at our weekly indoor flying sessions held Friday evenings at the Bykota Senior Center in Towson, MD.
